It is not necessary to monitor the pasta while it is being cooked in a pressure cooker, nor is it necessary to monitor the heat beneath the pot.

A new player has entered the scene, and they can melt that ooey, gooey cheese that I adore right on the top of my pizza, rather of having to move it into a dish and bake it in the oven.

  1. Cook the onions, spices, and ground beef in a large skillet until the pink has almost completely disappeared. Cooking the pork till it’s completely cooked is my preference when using ground beef because it may be left a little pink when using ground beef. Nonetheless, it will continue to cook during the pressure cooking procedure, so don’t be concerned about it. When you’re finished, turn off your stove. As a result, the pot will have a chance to cool down. Spread your meat on the bottom of the pan so that it is equally distributed over the pan. Pour your sauce on top of it in a uniform layer. Fill the spaghetti sauce container with water or broth and set it aside to cool. Replace your lid and shake it again. Because I hate wasting food, I’m hoping you’ll be able to get the remainder of the sauce out this way. Do not stir anything when this liquid is being poured into your saucepan at this time.

  • Cut your noodles into thirds, so that they are all the same size. They should be sprinkled into your pot on top of the liquid
  • Don’t stir them
  • Just gently submerge them in the liquid with a spoon. Close the steam valve on the pressure cooker and secure the lid. Set the pressure cooker to high for 9 minutes on high pressure. Release the pressure quickly and remove the lid. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until it begins to melt
  • Then add on the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese + parmesan on top of your spaghetti to finish it off, if desired. You may now include chopped green onions in your dish. Close the cover of your air fryer. Press air crisp 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until it melts and turns golden brown on the top of the pan.

Using the Foodi app, choose sauté and then add your olive oil along with your diced onions, salt, and ground sausage or ground beef. Cook the beef until it is no longer pink in the middle (about 30 minutes). When you’re finished, switch off the stove. Make an even layer of cooked meat on the bottom of the saucepan, so that it completely covers the bottom of the pot. Pour the spaghetti sauce into the container. Afterwards, fill your jar halfway with water or broth. To get any residual sauce out, put the cover back on and shake it.

NOTHING should be stirred.

They should be placed on top of the liquid in your cooking pot.

Cook on high for 9 minutes under pressure.

Using a fork, stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until it melts; then sprinkle on the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese + parmesan on top of your spaghetti to finish it off.
