  • 1 (24 oz) Jar Spaghetti Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 (17 oz) Package Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 pound Browned Hamburger Meat

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crock by rubbing it with olive oil. With the exception of the Noodles, combine all of the ingredients. Make a thorough mix. 1 hour on medium/high heat in a CrockPot covered with aluminum foil Stir
  2. Break the noodles in half and place them in the Crock-Pot, covering them as much as possible with the sauce mixture. Remove from heat and allow it cook for 1 hour or so, stirring occasionally (every 15-20 minutes and re-covering the pan for the entire hour). To serve as an optional garnish, sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.

Notes

Depending on whatever type of noodles I’m using, I may need to add a little extra water. In case your noodles require additional water, you can add up to 2 or so cups of HOT (but not boiling) water between stirring (I do this in 1/12 cup increments and simply check how much is required). If it’s too runny, keep the lid off for a few minutes and stir every few minutes; this will help to evaporate any excess liquid that has accumulated. You may need to add extra water and mix it in before putting the top back on and checking it again in 15 minutes if the pasta hasn’t firmed up.
