Pasta, in my opinion, is the perfect leftover food. So it’s not a big deal if I have a lot of leftovers. This recipe is done entirely in one pot (yay for less dishes to wash! ). However, it elevates a simple pasta and sauce supper to something a little more unique as well.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)

Depending on whatever type of noodles I’m using, I may need to add a little extra water. In case your noodles require additional water, you can add up to 2 or so cups of HOT (but not boiling) water between stirring (I do this in 1/12 cup increments and simply check how much is required). If it’s too runny, keep the lid off for a few minutes and stir every few minutes; this will help to evaporate any excess liquid that has accumulated.
